Paige Poultney – Practice Leader, Staffing and Employee Engagement
Paige has over 13 years of corporate experience in all facets of Human Resources. Her expertise is in the areas of Talent Management, Process Improvement and Policy Design, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Progressive Discipline and Performance Management.
With her focus of HR she also has gained substantial knowledge with regards to Recruiting Program Management, Vendor Management, Implementation of Talent Management Solutions, and HR Relationship Management.
Paige has worked in a variety of sectors including Investment Banking, Government, Housing, Information Technology, and Professional Services. She has held the positions of HR Business Partner, Recruiting Manager, and Project Manager within FBR Capital Markets, Fannie Mae, S&I Financial, AOL and GTSI.
Paige has proven ability to effectively manage the human resource function by increasing collaboration with the business organizations.
Paige received her BS from Radford University.
