Jim Gargiulo, CEO and Founder
Jim Gargiulo is the CEO and Founder of Human Capital Consulting Source in Washington, DC. Jim is a senior level HR professional with over 30 years of experience on both the buy and sell side of HR, and has held positions both as the head of HR and as a billable consultant with firms including Watson Wyatt, Aon, Andersen and Salomon Brothers. He has worked with organizations in all areas of Human Resources and has spent five years working abroad in Europe and Asia.
He has consulting experience in many sectors including: Accounting, Publishing, Consulting, Commercial Lending, Capital Markets and Advisory Services. His current list of active clients includes Maxim Healthcare, Creative Associates, EDC, Geller & Company, and McGraw Hill.
He has held positions including: CEO, CAO, Chief Human Capital Officer, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Account Manager, Regional Practice Director, Manager of International Compensation and Senior Tax Accountant.
Jim has successfully coached many executives and has worked with Boards of Directors and senior leaders to improve organization effectiveness by specializing in evaluating and realigning individuals as well as HR functions to be more effective for the business they serve. He has strong foundation in compensation, global mobility and total rewards and in-depth experience developing strategic HR business plans, delivering executive coaching and team building and has been instrumental in making positive change in both leadership teams and their organizations.
Jim received a BBA at Baruch College and studied mechanical engineering at Cooper Union in New York.
Peter DeBellis is a Business Partner with Human Capital Consulting Source in Washington, DC.Peter is an experience professional with proven broad business leadership skills and deep expertise in: Compensation Program Strategy and Executive Compensation. His experience includes: Global Compensation, HR Operations, Health Care Strategy, Total Rewards, Budgeting and Forecasting, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Internal Audits, Equity Administration and Global Mobility.
Peter has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors including: Investment Banking, Biotechnology, Compensation Management Consulting, Service Industry, Nonprofit and Private Business.
He has held positions including: VP of Human Resources/Compensation, Senior Director of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer, and Lead Compensation Consultant.
He works with Senior Executives and Compensation Committees of the Boards of Directors, designing human capital strategy, implementing programs, and completing required filings. He partners with Senior Managers to set compensation strategies and manages all compensation functions, including: base salary planning, cash-based incentive programs, commission programs and equity programs including restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock options and other performance vesting vehicles.
Peter received his BS degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in New York. He was on the Dean’s List, received a Dean’s scholarship and was named one of two Alpern Award winners from his graduation class in recognition of his academic achievement and service to the university. While at Cornell, Peter also received the Mariani Entrepreneurship Award and accompanying grant for co-authoring the best business plan of the year to be submitted to Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
Paige Poultney is a Business Partner with Human Capital Consulting Source in Washington, DCPaige has over 12 years of corporate experience in all facets of Human Resources. Her expertise is in the areas of Talent Management, Process Improvement and Policy Design, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Progressive Discipline and Performance Management.
With her focus of HR she also has gained substantial knowledge with regards to Recruiting Program Management, Vendor Management, Implementation of Talent Management Solutions, and HR Relationship Management.
Paige has worked in a variety of sectors including Investment Banking, Government, Housing, Information Technology, and Professional Services. She has held the positions of HR Business Partner, Recruiting Manager, and Project Manager within FBR Capital Markets, Fannie Mae, S&I Financial, AOL and GTSI.
Paige has proven ability to effectively manage the human resource function by increasing collaboration with the business organizations.
Paige received her BS from Radford University.
